This work devotes itself to the question, how important a struggle is around permanently presence in the pastoral access to people. The investigation of this subject was carried out with the methodology of the expert's interview, with the help of a fictive case study. The choice of the interviewed people fell on a religious education teacher, a priest, a therapist and a monk. They are the typical representatives of four different areas of the spiritual pastoral within the church sphere for this work.Through the evaluation of the obtained data the following striking subjects have been found: contact, dealings with a dilemma situation, presence, dread and fear, rituals and resources. The results and insights concerning this are to be read up in chapter 4 of this work. First, the contact process is explained with reference to my case study and then I dedicate myself to the challenge of the presence in the spiritual pastoral.
