The aim of this diploma thesis is, to show that movement and sports have a very important meaning for the humankind. Several research show us, that you cant start doing movement and sports early enough. Movement and sports are important factors for the health and it shouldnt be destroyed by greasy, high-calorie food in connection with a sedentary lifestyle. This kind of unhealthy lifestyle, considered over a longer period of time, could be the reason for diseases like obesity and this is often the starting point for other secondary diseases. Mediatization is one of the main reasons, why our kids and adolescents move less and less. They do sports on many gaming consoles and watch it on TV but they dont do it actively. Even by the stress-driven life of their parents through their work, household etc., the kids and adolescents have no role model to look up to. No one shows them, how much fun you can get through and in sports. Fortunately, there is a rethinking in society which creates a new connection between people and sports. For that reason, this will have a positive impact on our future generations of kids and adolescents. But until then, we have to do everything we can, to convince and inspire our young generation to do movement and sports. If you look at the daily life of young people, you will see that they spend most of their time at school and this is the link to this diploma thesis. It shows which factors are important, how to integrate daily gym lesson in school life and how a practical implementation may look like.
