The special part isdiscussed in more detail on the responsibility of the network technology and ethics.Science and technology are an integral part of our lives. There is although so many, cause to the now came to light negative consequences, the "good old days" wishes,we can no longer do without sophisticated technology. On the contrary, we needmore rational technique to clean up the damage. In order to master the problems, a close collaboration between science, technologyand humanities is necessary. In this context, there is now often discussed, who'sresponsible for the negative consequences of science and technology? As theexisting moral rules no longer seem sufficient for this complex world "new ethics" arewanted. But there are objections to an ethics of technology. There is criticism that theethics due to the immense development speed runs after hopeless. In addition, couldstifle innovation and hinder the freedom of research a technology ethics.Furthermore, a forecast of Technology is hardly possible.Along with this new way of assumption of responsibility be sought: Has the individual,i.e. the individual researcher or technician, responsible, or at least the institution ofthe negative consequences of a technical achievement? In the modern world thetechnical achievements are done in a working labor. That the individual researcher /technician is only a small cog in the big wheel of the institutions and he often doesnot know, on what he is working actually. This illustrates the problem of attribution ofresponsibility.
