The systematical study of kids, based on their genuine resources, forms a central focus in the actual elementary discourse. This scientific method to engage and arrange the processes of education for girls and boys gets more and more important. One the one hand for pedagogic work in day-care-centers for kids, and on the other hand, for the education of nurseries. The outcomes of the empiric research made by interviewing experts show, that, concerning that matter, a transformation of the contents of nursery school has already started. In connection with the actual basic conditions this leads to organizational and structural challenges. The preparation of nurseries for their work in day-care-centers requires a didactic restructuring of the education in nursery schools.
