The present master thesis deals with the subject of process management and its Implementation in a business organization. There it will examined, in which form and with which means, a functional oriented organization can be altered into a process oriented organization. Process management and the impact of a change into a process-oriented organization are described and underpinned with a description of the different methods. At the example of a company of the electronics industry, the practical application is presented and documented, in form of an implementation concept. As a basis, the process model is used, which is described in the theoretical part. The for the implementation necessary methods, are presented in a practical application.
