In the first chapter the theory part comprises our ambitions for writing this paper. The second chapter contains the Pinocchio-dilemma, which characterizes the actual unequal opportunities of young people. In chapter three, the paper attends to the Austrian education system. Chapter four is about the area of conflict from adolescent between personal realisation and the change of society. Chapter five contains different strategies and instruments of the transitions of the chancemangagement. Also thematized is the problem of low graduation as well as the comparison of education among boys and girls. Based on the fact of the high unemployment among young people, in chapter six, we create a list from out-of-school-education offers for teenangers. In chapter seven we lay an eye of the employment market in Austria, especially of the job market in Graz. In this connection we concentrate of the difficult situation of the apprenticeship market and the high unemployment among young people. Chapter eight deals with how to realise aims and make dreams come true. In the conclusion we are referring to the research question, using the created code of practice to point out the missing measures from the area of the transition system. The empiric part includes the research process and the triangulation of methods. The following chapter includes the analysis of interpretation with the help of the steps of interpretation. The dates of the group discussion, as well as the outcome of the interpretation of the collages are illustrated as a biographic portrait of the participants. In a reflection we give an advice to successful and failed working steps and, above all, this part contains suggestions for improvement for the praxis. The conclusion is that part, which embraces the results of analysis, after that the discussion takes place.
