The career choice is for each affected persons challenging forming process. The supply of training has grown in recent years, but equally, the increasingly complex world of work. The career choice for young people is often a difficult situation, as also forward challenges in socio-cultural, psychological, and physical area in the young people. This thesis deals with the question of possible influences of professional prospects of young people. This thesis deals with the question of possible influences of professional prospects of young people.The data collections are in the form of expert interviews. The interview was conducted as an interview guide. The experts are consist of ten apprentices formed five different divisions and ten students from different education institutions faced. Related are the areas of family, friendship, problem solving, recreational, values definition, career choices and other education, mission identification and professional vision, priorities, where it was necessary to factors out to investigate and compare. The results of the comparison of all levels of observation show that the professional working trainees hit by learning about their capabilities, sufficient information and the company's support their career choices and their professional visions exactly know. The students leave with weak factors instead of recognizing specific job descriptions for their future career prospects, general field descriptions. The variables collected show influences of different impacts, therefore, timing of career information and the opportunity to meet professionals through internships take place in a timely manner and made available for young people of all educational backgrounds. Thus, at the end of the trainees, the decision of their career does not turn out as a detour.
