Numerous reforms concerning tax privileges for investments and sponsorship for fi-nancing projects as well as willing to combine the topics didactics and finance, this master thesis is on the one hand written to be a script for students at Karl Franzens University, attending the bachelor-course ?Investitionsplanung?. It is this scripts? ob-jective to cover the theory of tax privileges for investments and sponsorship for fi-nancing projects within the evaluation of investments entirely and provide a broad insight into this theme. Because of this, the students should be able to solve the in-cluded calculating examples, which are also an important part of this script. The script provides calculating examples with and without solution, which should help the stu-dents in their learning process. Another essential part of this script should enable the students to be aware of the effects of using tax privileges for investments and spon-sorship for financing projects when setting up the profit and loss statement as well as the cash flow statement. Because of this importance, the script includes accounting records to each of the tax privileges for investments and sponsorships for financing projects to show, how the effects work. Furthermore, the tax effects of both, tax privileges for investments and sponsorships for financing projects, are explained detailed in order to become well understood by the students. To bring this topic also to pupils, who attend a commercial school, the second part of this master thesis is concerned with creating a teaching conception. This teaching conception is about the topic of the script, but very reduced in order to enable pupils to deal with this difficult theme at school. Despite of the difficulty of this theme, it is a perfect example to manage interdisciplinary education, because it could be taught in more than one subject.
