The diploma thesis Pork: A good meal? discusses a lesson plan and an excursion into the Steirisches Vulkanland. A teaching creation is sketched for four school hours as well as a half-day excursion is planned. In addition the didactic draughts of the food educational theory (chapter 2) with the different accesses, but also with possible didactic proposals are discussed first for the teaching creation. Moreover, the agendas on for the field of Geography customer and Economic customer existing curriculum, on educational standard as well as learning targets are beeing discussed (chapter 3). Next the applied methods and didactic methods are discussed theoretically, however, also concepts like social form, action form and the achievement judgement closer (chapter 4). Afterwards the learning in stations will be discussed theoretically at first in chapter 5. Then the practical conversion will be explained closer. In addition, the single stations are exactly described. The teaching aims and learning targets are planned out for the teaching.Chapter 6 treats the excursion concept, the modern excursion didactics, the organisation and phases of an excursion and the value of the excursion in the austrian curriculum.Chapter 7 delivers instructions on how one can develop an excursion for the school lessons and carry it out. The image of the planned excursion forms the end of this chapter in the Steirisches Vulkanland including learning target analysis. In chapter 8 the final teaching hour with the role play is discussed, before in the chapter 9 the achievement judgement is introduced by means of two assessment curves. Chapter 10 shows a collection of all methods which are used in the teaching planning. They are also introduced with didactic considerations. A feedback made by active teaching staffs forms the end of the teaching planning (chapter 11).
