Since the human and his competencies and skills have come more important and centered in modern organizations, the battle of finding high qualified and professional managerial staff has enhanced. So if an entrepreneur sets great value on identificating talents and support, develop and keep them, internal communication becomes essential. Therefore, a close interaction can derive from successful talent management and internal communication.Out of this, the rational question for this master thesis is which challenges will be revealed as part of talent management concerning internal communication. In chapter one are the definitions of entrepreneur communication, as the description of the difference between the terms internal and external communication in enterprises. The next chapter concerns with the meaning of talent management in enterprises. It shows how essential recruitment, retention and development of employees is. The next section discusses the challenges of internal communication in talent management. The focus is on the challenges of verbal and nonverbal communication, especially in the job interview. Furthermore, the challenges of personal as well as impersonal communication in the internal talent management are explained, specifically what challenges can arise with regard to the impersonal communication in the process of internal job advertisements. Finally, the error sources of formal and informal communication in the internal application process are discussed.
