Agriculture and forestry had a great economic importance in the past. For this reason, own legal foundations, have been created, which apply only to the agriculture and forestry section. This thesis presents the collective wage determination in the agricultural and forestry section. It is divided into three main areas. In the first part the constitutional principles and the legal sources of law are treated and the differences between these laws are pointed out. The second part deals with collective legal instruments in the field of agriculture and forestry. The third part deals with concrete wage determination and comparisons are made between different collective agreements in the agriculture and forestry.
