Another essential chapter is the geological excursion guide which was designed especially for teachers, as well as students in the area of Weiz. The students can proof their knowledge, which they obtained in school, in hands-on examples about geological contents. The excursion guide contains excursion spots from the area of Hochlantsch to the karst caves in the municipality Naas (Grasslhöhle and Katerloch) to the Raabklamm and includes the most important geological aspects, which are described. This geological excursion guide represents a foundation of the supplement of teaching.
