In recent years Entrepreneurship Education became more and more important. This can be mainly attributed to the economic situation and the consequent need for new business start-ups. Due to that effect the importance of Entrepreneurship Education in higher education increased. In them, students should conveyed corresponding to possible business activities and vocational skills are developed to prepare the students on many levels as possible to an activity as a potential entrepreneur. As result of this master thesis, the question of which challenges brings such an entrepreneurship education for teachers in higher education with it should be responded. After a thematic outline and the presentation of the research question and the structure of the master thesis, the second chapter deals with a concept definition and demarcation of Entrepreneur, Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Education. In the following chapter the characteristics of entrepreneurship education are represented. Attention is paid mainly to the interdisciplinarity, the teachability of entrepreneurial skills as well as the practical experience. In the next chapter the design of entrepreneurship education in higher education will be analyzed. For this, a didactic and learning theoretical overview is given. Thereafter, the objectives, content and target group of Entrepreneurship Education are described. Due to this findings, the teaching staff of Entrepreneurship will be analyzed in the fifth chapter. Therefore, the teacher competence in a higher education sector is described, then special didactic requirements, which teachers should consider in relation to Entrepreneurship Education are demonstrated. This six challenges are identified and analyzed in greater detail.
