The submitted diploma thesis „Aufbau einer Schulsportwoche mit Hauptaugenmerk auf die technische sowie taktische Ausbildung im Fußballsport“ („Composition of a school sports week with the main focus on technical and tactical training in soccer“) divides into a general theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part refers to the history of soccer as well as to the technical and tactical requirements. Concerning the historical part, I especially considered the beginnings of soccer mentionable. In the technical part, I mainly outline a soccer players basic skills, whereby in the tactical part, the modern soccer game has priority. The practical part characterizes a school sports week for the 10th grade in the field of soccer. Its emphasis is on preparing the 10th graders for upcoming soccer matches. I have to mention that all participants had already acquired immersive soccer experience. The practical part contains information about the Austrian curriculum reference to each chosen subject area. Moreover, the daily routine shall be organized richly in variety. The training schedules are structured in different subject areas and are being implemented daily from 9.00 to 11.00 am and from 2.00 to 4.00 pm. Besides the technical and tactical focus areas, there is also an emphasis on the social fabric within the group of participants, which can be improved by using certain methods. I also consider it to be very important to support and encourage each players creativity and ambition during the training. Thats why during the school sports week, there are especially loose competitive games without strict instructions.
